How the shop works
Straight answers
Why do I need an account?
So the cart is still there tomorrow, on whatever device you pick up, and so we have one address to print a label from. That is the whole reason — we do not email you unless it is about your order.
Who prints it?
Our own supplier, not a drop-shipper. Each run goes to print in batches, so an order placed today ships with the next batch rather than the moment you click.
When am I charged?
At checkout, through Stripe. The site never sees your card number — Stripe takes it and we only ever see that the order is paid.
